Hell, Winston has dealt with everyone from Clinton to Obama. If it has a firing pin or a fuse, Winston is your man. Recently decided to stick to one place and set up a base of operations in Los Santos, Winston is already rooted hard into the gang and crooked political operations in the great state of San Andreas. His wife Deborah also runs marijuana and counterfeit cash. Needless to say, they are a helpful set of allies.

Growing up in Liberty City, Lemmy had it rough. Coming from the bad part of Alderny with almost nothing, he adapted to street life and quickly became heavily entagled in drugs and crime. After years of thefts and robberies he found himself involved with the Lost MC. He had stolen from the wrong people and now they wanted his head. Packs of Lost unsuccessfully tried to end his life on many occassions. It got so far to the point of Lost lieutenants placing hefty bounties on Lemmy's head. Finally, in his last altercation with the Liberty City chapter of the Lost he killed a well respected Lieutenant and took a trophy; his prized Daemon chopper. After that he left LC in search of something more. After years of wandering from place to place he found himself in San Andreas as a lieutenant of the Hell's Archers MC.

Deborah was always the rambunctious type, experimented with drugs in her teenage years and amassed a rather large credit card debt before her 21st birthday. Always chasing the next trend, she found herself wound up with Jeff, a delivery boy for Winston DeLeon, an infamous gun runner from South Africa. After Jeff messed up, Deborah convinced Winston to spare him, and triggered Winston's interest in her. Fast forward a few years, now a 28 year old drug dealer, Deborah has since married into the DeLeon family and keeps Winston from succumbing to his happy trigger finger.
